Create or Login Account
You may search for services you require, click on to follow the page and chose the time you require the services. Once you have login, Customers will receive your request and one will accept.

Home Page
"An OkBaju OTP will be sent to your messenger. Use the OTP code to log in, and you will be directed to the dashboard." Familiarise yourself with your dashboard and Okbaju notifications

My Cart
You may log as many services you need. Even at the same time remember we allocate different service providers. Should it happen the services you require has no service provider you will be advice on the dashboard.

Address
Add address of where you need the service to be rendered and also specify if it’s a home, Office or any other.

Slot Date and Time
Specify the Date and Time which services need to be rendered. Click on next/submit, once that all has been done. Services providers that are in your area will receive notification for the Job Card

Payment Gateway
Payment is online for services rendered. On other services where there is no accuracy for services ,a call out fee will be paid prior and service provider will do a requote onsite.

Bookings List
Customer can request as much services they require, there is no limit. Service providers are ready to come and render their services to you.

Booking Details
Make sure the address added for your house or site is the correct one, this will make it easier for the service provider to find you

Chat & Track Provider
Once job card has been created and service provider has accepted job, you may speak directly to the service provider via inside chat box and also track once enroute

OkBaju has only verified its service providers online only, therefore it only your responsibility as customer/user of this app to keep safe at all times. Do not leave the Service provider unattended, If you do not feel safe you have a right to refuse entry for service provider or once access your premises, You may release them.
Please make sure the service provider is the same person that is on their profile. If it’s not the same person do not allow entry. If they don’t want to leave ,you have a right to call Police. Your safety is your responsibility and the people close.
Make sure you report any bad behaviour and also supply proof if you can ,This will assist others customers/users to be protected and not get affected.
