How do I cancel an order?

  • As much we do not advice cancellation of orders as this does impact the service provider. If the reason is valid. Order can be cancelled and money will be available in your wallet 

How do I reschedule the order? 

  • You may reschedule time and date,
  • Order cannot be rescheduled in the last hours.
  • Always communicate with the Service provider as this might clash with other jobs allocated to them.

How do I add an order? 

  • Click on the service tab and follow as per app shows 

Can I speak to the service provider assigned? 

  • Yes , only after he has accepted the job, click on the chat box to communicate with the service provider.
  • There is also contacts for the service provider to call them directly 

How many orders can I create? 

  • You can create as many services as you need 

Estimate 

  • Most jobs are estimates prices and call out fee, Once the service provider has evaluated job needed, new quote will be generated, once agreed with the service provider,Customer can accept a new card with amended prices
