Standard Cancellation Policy
We want you to be happy with your booking (Customer) and services to be rendered (Service provider).
If you are not completely satisfied with the job done by the service provider, please indicate within 24hrs if not same time.
This Policy applies all services however services like cleaning, garden, cooking, hair, Taylor and others that are short term is required to be reported as soon as the service provider is done. Do not give out the OTP number if you are not satisfied with the job done.
Given out the OTP number means you are satisfied with service provided by the service provider. In a case where service rendered seemed to be fine when the service provider left like mechanically, roof leakage and any others that are long term
Please note that Okbaju may, from time to time and at its discretion, restrict the use of the credit in your account in respect of certain services.
This Policy forms part of the Okbaju Terms and Conditions, and so words defined in the Terms and Conditions have the same meaning in this Policy, unless the context indicates otherwise. Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit your statutory rights in any way.
Unwanted services
You can cancel the service provider at the gate but the call out fee cannot be refunded to the customer
Changed your mind?
- Where you have changed your mind and would like a cancel the order of services.
- The customer can cancel but will not be refunded
- The can reschedule if the change of mind is before the service enroute
Want to reschedule?
Yes, you may reschedule time and date provided the service provider is aware and not after they had arrived at the premises
Not what you I wanted?
The services rendered is not what you were looking for, do not give out the OTP, it’s very important to check on the job done by the service provider before they complete. It’s very advisable
After fault and damage. (This will be investigated thoroughly

- damage arising from electrical surges or sea air corrosion;
- damage arising from a failure to adequately care after service has been done;
- damage arising from unauthorized alterations to the product;

Booking a new service or refund
There are three types actions Either Same service provider to come back, book a new service ,Wallet refund , This will all be done by the help of support assistant .
Charges and refunds
If a service recall does not comply with this Policy, you may be liable to reimburse Okbaju for the cost of administration and transportation of the service provider
If your service is refused in terms of this Policy and we are unable to re-service you within 25 days of the refusal due to your unavailability or refusal to accept delivery of the product, the services will be deemed abandoned by you on expiry of the 25-day period
Please note that we only refund to the payment method that you originally used – i.e. payment by credit card will be refunded to the same credit card, payment by Instant If you used the Nedbank Personal Loan payment method, your refund will be processed as follows:
However, if you, within 35 days of that booking being placed, process a return of your entire order (and such return is approved by OkBaju) in accordance with the Refund Policy or you cancel your entire booking before service rendered,
