How It Works

Search and Download App
Open the mobile App Store (iOS) Apple or Google Play Store (Android). Search for OkBaju Service Provider. Select “install” to have the app downloaded and installed on your device.

Create Login Account
Open the App to begin registration. Enter your 10 – digit South African mobile number and select continue. You will then receive a One-Time Pin (OTP) to verify your number and continue to the next step, creating your profile.

Create Profile
You will need to take a selfie photo of yourself and upload 3 other picture to verify. You must complete the required fields and upload the required documentation to complete the registration. You will receive an email to verify your email address please ensure your email address is correct. Once your email is verified, your registration will be reviewed within 48 hours

Dashboard
Your dashboard will show you jobs that are available within your servicing radius, jobs that you have accepted and have been assigned to you, jobs that are in – progress and the jobs that have been completed

Accept & Start Job
New jobs will be accessible on the dashboard. You need to accept the job to have it assigned to you and you can begin to work.

Chat with Customer
Once you have accepted the job, you will be able to communicate with the customer on the app through the chat option.

Complete Job
Once the job has been completed, you will get an OTP from the customer as confirmation that the task has been completed. The OTP can only be used once and you need to be at the customers premises for the OTP to go through.

OkBaju has only verified its service providers online only, therefore it only your responsibility as customer/user of this app to keep safe at all times. Do not leave the Service provider unattended, If you do not feel safe you have a right to refuse entry for service provider or once access your premises, You may release them.
Please make sure the service provider is the same person that is on their profile. If it’s not the same person do not allow entry. If they don’t want to leave ,you have a right to call Police. Your safety is your responsibility and the people close.
Make sure you report any bad behaviour and also supply proof if you can ,This will assist others customers/users to be protected and not get affected.
